Losing weight is hard, and everyone’s got their own personal obstacles to overcome – finding time to exercise, always feeling hungry, and having a donut shop just down the block. That’s why I asked a few of my clients to share their dieting dilemmas, and then asked the experts for some real-life solutions that work.

On the contrary, there are plenty of people who may be getting a little too much exercise. Believe it or not too much exercise can lead to overtraining which can make you more susceptible to injuries and illnesses.

Americans like to pass the buck when it comes to being overweight. Even though nobody forces us to eat the food that makes us fat, the list of reasons as to why we are gaining weight go on and on.
