Brian Wing

Brian Wing is a confident and enthusiastic trainer who brings his positive energy into every session. As a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Sciences Association, he takes his education very seriously and is always working towards his next certification. He is currently taking courses in fitness nutrition, as he believes strongly in the importance of fueling our bodies properly. He believes that what we fuel our minds with is equally as important and that keeping a positive mindset is absolutely key. As both a U.S. Army Veteran and Triathlete, he has always loved pushing himself beyond what he thought was possible and he desires to share this passion with others. He is grateful for this opportunity here at Champions Fitness Center and is on a mission to motivate as many people as possible in becoming both happier, and healthier! Brian lives by a simple motto, “Be Better Every Day.”
