Hello, my name is Amanda Collins and I’m a new yoga instructor at Champions Fitness Center!
I am a 200 hour RYT and a member of the Yoga Alliance. I first found yoga about 15 years ago while taking classes in college. I instantly began to appreciate the awareness of mind, body and soul that yoga allows and the important role it plays in every day life.
My classes are a Vinyasa style flow suitable for everybody, regardless of where you are in your yoga practice.
Outside of the studio, I love spending as much time with my family as possible. I am a proud wife, mom, stepmom and dog mom.
I’ve been a member at Champions Fitness Center for many years and I’m very excited to be joining their wonderful team.
