Hi my name is Betsy Pfohl. My yoga journey started about 12 years ago. I started going to yoga classes to compliment my running, softball playing and triathlon training. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Yoga not only helped me improve my overall strength, flexibility and endurance, it also helped me become more mindful, more present and more grateful.
I had found something that allowed me to accept me for who I am. This new found insight led me to pursue my yoga teaching certification. I recently completed my 200 hour certification (RYT-200) from The Boston Yoga School.
Yoga is a practice, not perfection. It’s a journey to improve the strength and flexibility of both your body and mind through breath, postures (asanas) and self awareness.
