Julia Piorkowski

Hello, my name is Julia Piorkowski and I am a NASM certified personal trainer!
I will be teaching a boot camp style class Monday mornings at 5:15 am. I am looking forward to waking up with all of you!
I am new to the fitness world but have had a strong passion for exercise and general health/well being for many years. In my free time, you may see me doing handstands or yoga. I love to challenge myself and my body and I can’t wait to challenge others.
I believe that pushing past limits leads to real, lasting improvements in every aspect of life. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned fitness enthusiast, my classes will be designed to keep you motivated and engaged while making the most of every workout.
