- Never swim alone. A minimum of two Adults, 18 years of age or older, must be present whenever this swimming facility is in use. with at least one adult on the pool deck.
- These is no substitute for adequate supervision. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the bathing facility by a parent or guardian, (an adult who is responsible for the children and their behavior).
- In an emergency, notify the facility operator and contact help as soon as possible. A Free telephone is provided at this facility (front desk). Telephone numbers for the nearest emergency medical service are posted.
- Only use the facility during the posted hours of operation.
- Don’t drink alcohol and swim.

Aqua Arthritis
An 8-week class that is designed to be a safe and effective way for people with arthritis to stay fit. |
Senior Strength
A small group strength training class for people 62 and over to ensure continued functional movements. Use of cable machines, dumbbells, nautilus equipment, and more to improve balance, muscle mass, and strength. Various options given for a variety of abilities. |
Total Sculpt
A strength training class using dumbbells. Additional equipment may be used at times such as resistance bands, body bars, Bosu, step, or your own body weight. |
Zumba
A class that fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves. Your instructor will take the “work” out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness party. |
Kickboxing
A high energy class that uses martial arts principles to burn calories and build stamina. Gloves required for hitting the bag, or use of 2-pound weights, or air punches. |
Total Body Workout & bag
A mix of cardio and strength intervals using a mix of dumbbells, bands, Bosu, and/or body weight followed by bag work using kickboxing principles. Gloves required for hitting the bag or use of 2-pound weights or air punches. |
Spin
Indoor cycling class that focuses on strength, speed and endurance. Heart pumping class focuses on the lower body and core. The heart of each spin class is the music! It, along with the instructor, leads you through rolling hills, flat roads, sandy surfaces, and inclines. |
Boot Camp
High intensity cardio and strength workout using a variety of equipment. Work within a smaller group in class moving from station to station. Equipment used will vary from class to class, but may include, dumbbells, kettle bells, bands, barbells, steps, Bosu, jump ropes, stairs, medicine balls and even equipment through the gym. Options are given to make it low impact, but keep it high intensity. |
Qigong
A mind body practice. Focus on breathing techniques, postures, meditations, and guided imagery. Participants will feel more relaxed, harness breathing techniques and energy, utilize core muscles and improve posture among other benefits. |
Pilates
A class that consists of low-impact flexibility, muscular strength and endurance movements. Instructor will emphasize proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Work may be on the floor. |
360 Fit
Total body strength and cardio interval class designed to challenge the entire body. A typical class with include circuits combing weights, body weight, and cardio exercises to keep metabolism up and burn calories. Each person has their own station. |
Pilates Strength
Uses Pilates type exercises and philosophies to increase strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and balance. |
Step & Sculpt
This class is high cardio but low impact. Get a great aerobic workout, but control the intensity based on your fitness level. Participants get the opportunity to perform manageable, low-impact movements between periods of high intensity. A step and light weights are used. |
Yoga
A class that introduces the fundamental principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Participants will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. |
Gentle Yoga
A class which concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Using bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques(pranayama), and meditation techniques(dyana) students will achieve a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. |
Barre
Mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, all choreographed to motivating music. In each targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Not a ballet class. |
Barre Fight
Combines the targeted leg work of Barre with intervals of boxing. |
PiYo
A class that is designed to build strength, improve flexibility and tone muscles. Using your own body weight, you will perform a series of high-intensity moves while working every muscle for a long, lean and incredibly defined physique. Experience real results through non-stop movement that burns serious calories and gets your heart pumping! |
HIIT & Bag
Combines boot camp exercises and intense bursts of cardiovascular intervals, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods and bag work. Gloves are required or 2-pound weights. |
Lift HIIT
A 45-minute class that combines strength training with high intensity interval training. Using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, steps, and Bosu balls to perform weightlifting exercises that build muscle and increase strength. High intensity cardio intervals are also incorporated by using tools like battle ropes or other exercises to elevate the heart rate and enhance cardiovascular fitness. It is a comprehensive workout that targets strength, endurance, and overall fitness. |
Stretching & Mobility
Improve range of motion and flexibility while decreasing injury risk. Guided stretches will assist in reducing muscle soreness and increase blood flow. There will be an additional emphasis on core strength and balance. |
Aqua Barre
A fun way to get a resistance or strength-based work out in the water. Learn how ballet inspired movements tone each muscle in the body. Not a dance class. |
Aqua Circuit
A class that incorporates a variety of strength, cardio and multi-joint movements in the water utilizing circuit training principles. May move at times from station to station within the pool. |
Cardio Splash
An 8-week class that is designed to be a safe and effective way for people with arthritis to stay fit. |
Aqua Dance
High energy party in the pool. Just as land-based Zumba is dance moves to great music, this is the same using warm water resistance to keep joints safe. |
