Sandra Michlovitch

Meet Sandra Michlovitch, personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Champions Fitness Center who’s all about helping people feel stronger and healthier.

She holds an M.B.A. from Columbia College and a Bachelor of Science degree, and she’s certified through NASM as a Personal Trainer, AFAA as a Resistance Training Specialist, and also teaches Stretch & Mobility.

Sandra specializes in endurance training, strength and wellness coaching, senior fitness, and improving balance, flexibility, and stretching.

Her goal is to motivate and support clients in living a healthier, happier life. She creates personalized programs that fit each person’s goals and keeps things fresh by constantly exploring new training techniques.
