Carissa Prosser

Carissa Prosser is a dedicated group fitness instructor at Champions Fitness Center with over 10 years of experience teaching a variety of formats, including kickboxing, weight training, spin and HIIT. She currently leads the Saturday morning Spin class at 7:15 AM and the 5:15 AM 360 Fit Class.

In addition to her fitness career, Carissa holds an undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and a master’s degree in Literacy. She is a passionate educator, currently teaching 2nd grade at a local school.

Outside of the studio and classroom, Carissa enjoys running, coaching volleyball, and spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their dog.
