Catherine Rich
With over a decade of experience teaching group fitness, Catherine Rich specializes in cardio kickboxing, total sculpt, and spin. She is a certified personal trainer through AFAA and brings both expertise and enthusiasm to every class she leads at Champions Fitness Center .
While she now works full-time as a lab technician for Onondaga County, fitness remains her true passion. An avid hiker, runner, and cyclist, she finds joy in staying active – especially through group fitness.
She believes group classes offer a unique sense of community that helps people stay committed and push themselves beyond what they might attempt on their own. Her goal is to motivate each participant to reach their personal best – whatever that may be on any given day.
“We can all achieve great things together,” she says, “as long as we keep showing up.”
