Catherine Rich

Hi, all. I’ve been teaching group fitness classes for over a decade now, specifically cardio kickboxing, total sculpt, and spin. In the past I have been certified as a personal trainer through AFAA. I now work full time as a lab technician for Onondaga county, but fitness is my true passion. I love hiking in the Adirondacks, running, and biking.  I especially love group fitness classes because I feel they offer a sense of community that helps you stay committed. They also push you to do things you might not try on your own, or maybe to a higher level. In my classes I want everyone motivated to achieve their OWN best, whatever it might be that day. We can all achieve great things together as long as we keep showing up.
