Elizabeth Miller

Elizabeth has enjoyed exercising and staying active throughout her life. She became certified in Mat 1 through Balanced Body in 2012 and currently teaches a Beginner Pilates class every Tuesday at 7:30 AM via Zoom.

Pilates is a series of low-impact floor exercises designed to build strength, tone muscles, and engage the core – promoting a long, lean physique, improved posture, and better balance.

In addition to her time at Champions Fitness Center, Elizabeth enjoys exploring new places, reading great books, and spending time with her family and friends. She worked in education for many years and retired in 2016 as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Counselor in the North Syracuse School District.

Elizabeth is married, has two daughters, and shares her home with a very spoiled Irish Terrier.

If you’ve never tried Pilates, come give it a try! It’s a great addition to your exercise routine – and no prior experience is necessary.
