ReBecca Blanch

Hello, my name is ReBecca Blanch and I am a group fitness instructor at Champions Fitness Center. I lead classes in qigong and gentle/beginner yoga. In my classes, I share how gentle movement and breath, meditation, and mindfulness can enable you to reduce stress, improve balance, increase flexibility and strength, and gain confidence, overall living a happier and healthier life. The individual is guided in a way that supports self-discovery, inner harmony, and transformation while exploring the self through our most natural intimate tools – body, mind, and breath.

I am a certified 200hr Instinctive Meditation Instructor through the Radiance Sutras School of Meditation, a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and trained under the Young Yoga Master’s to earn the 95hr Children’s Yoga Teacher certification. I have also completed training with YOGABODY as a certified Breath Coach and Stretching Coach. I completed my yoga teacher training with Yoga Farm Ithaca and also hold a BFA from Syracuse University and a Master of Art from Marist College. I’m also trained in the personal practice of Transcendental Meditation (TM) at the TM Center in Skaneateles, NY. Lastly, I’m currently studying to become a certified holistic nutritionist and health and wellness coach to help others connect the dots of the whole health mind-body connection.

Over the last 25 years as a professional photographer, I’ve experienced photographing weddings, portraits, corporate events, and creating art photography. I’ve had the privilege to work closely with people from diverse backgrounds and varying cultures and my natural ability to genuinely connect with people has served me well while transitioning over the last few years to a focus on holistic approaches to improve the human experience. I’m a strong believer in continuing education and enjoy giving back to my community by volunteering and mentoring. You’ll often find me involved in a creative project. I look forward to meeting you in a class.
