More and more people, novice and veteran exercisers alike, are working with personal trainers because they offer a practical and affordable means of getting and staying in shape.
We firmly believe Champions Fitness provides the best personal trainers in Central New York! Our trainers go through a rigorous screening and training process to ensure they have extensive functional knowledge as well as outstanding teaching skills. Let’s not forget personality! Each one of our trainers are charismatic in this own unique way. They are all college educated with Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees in fitness fields, such as Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, and Physiology. In addition, they are Nationally Certified through the following:
- National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
 - Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist (PRCS)
 - National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT)
 - International Sports Science Association (ISSA).

As a trainer, Steve has worked in everything from sports strength and conditioning to cardiac rehab. This allows him to work with any client, with any goal. His primary focus is to help restore functionality to adults; primarily focusing on posture, core strength, injury rehabilitation, and overall body strengthening.

A fixture at Champions, Traci is a Certified Personal Trainer, teaches a variety of Group Fitness Classes, leads Strength Camps, and supports the gym behind the front desk. Drawing from her personal experience as a former gymnast and overcoming injuries – including a torn meniscus – she offers modifications and options tailored to each participant’s needs.

As a personal trainer, Jennifer brings more than 25 years of experience to her clients. She loves bringing her fitness experience and knowledge to the people of Central New York.

Drawing on more than a decade of experience, Anthony has helped a diverse clientele achieve their fitness goals. With a culinary arts degree and an ISSA certification, he works as a personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. He has a background as a high school and collegiate athlete and possesses a long-standing foundation in weight training.
